You Break Through

I had the pleasure and blessing of being a patient of Dr. José María Ramos for a recent dental procedure. The staff at Grant Park and Hilltop Smiles Dentistry helped me schedule an urgent consultation with the doctor, and less than a week later, I was able to get the procedure I needed. During the pre-op, he did a thorough review of my record and condition, discussed his treatment plan in detail, and made sure I fully understood what to expect. His team worked seamlessly alongside him to ensure everything from clinical steps to billing and insurance details was completely clear and transparent before I committed to the procedure. The procedure itself was the icing on the cake. I felt complete peace and comfort the entire time Dr. Ramos was operating, and his expertise was evident from start to finish. He even checked in with me post-op to make sure I was doing well and healing as expected. It is rare to find someone who truly cares about his patients as much as he does. Dr. Jose Maria Ramos was very good at doing my gum graft surgery. He explained everything to me beforehand and even though the recovery was long. He was clear about the post-procedure protocol and checked in with me after. The growth and healing of my gum went well.
